REGISTRATION
To participate in the International Conference “Gauge Theories and Poisson Geometry” IN ARPINO, all participants are required to pay the registration fee.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Registration fees:
- 700 Euros for participants
- 350 Euros for Accompanying person (regardless of the number of days)
- 400 Euros REDUCED FEE only for those participating for 1 to 3 days.
Closing registration: OCTOBER 31st, 2025
The expenses for accommodation, lunches, and dinners during the conference are supported by MeMoCS Foundation (and are included in the registration fee)
The Social dinner for Accompanying Person and for those participants who pay the reduced fee costs € 35 per person.
Shuttle service from the Airport of Rome Fiumicino to Arpino round trip costs 70 euros per person (€ 35 for each trip).
The shuttle service is only guaranteed if there are a minimum of 20 people requesting this service.

NO REFUND OF PAID FEES IS POSSIBLE. WE REMIND YOU THAT REGISTRATION WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
To register, Participants should proceed to the compilation of the required fields underlying. Once the compilation of the required fields is completed, Participants will receive an automatic email with the instructions to proceed with the payment of the registration fee.
