ACCOMMODATION
The Organizing Committee of the Conference will proceed to reserve rooms for all participants only after receiving the registration fee.
Once Registration is complete, M&MoCS Secretariat will send an email with the details about the reservation to the registered participants at the partner hotel “Hotel Villaggio Copacabana” website: https://www.villaggiocopacabana.com/
Participants are requested to respect the deadlines shown on the page “Important Dates” to ensure a good accommodation.
Beyond the Late Registration Deadline, the Organizing Committee cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms.
