The F2M was created in 2004 and renewed twice in 2010 and 2014 after evaluation by the CNRS National Committee and AERES. Arts et M\u00e9tiers ParisTech is the institution hosting the F2M and strongly supports its actions.<br \/>\nThe Federation F2M thus contributes to strengthen the role of mechanics in science, industry and society.
