Sardinia can be reached from continental Europe or from Corsica by ferry or plane. All major shipping mediterranean companies connect Sardinia to major French, Italian and Corsican ports.
Fly to and from Alghero – Fertilia Airport (airport code AHO) – is simple; Participants can choose from among ten companies including Alitalia, bmibaby, Ryanair and Thomson Airways. The flights to and from Alghero airports depart and reach numerous towns and cities, including Barcelona, London-Gatwick, Copenhagen, Paris, Rome, Milan and many other.
The Alghero airport is 8 km from the city center. A urban bus provides the connection with a frequency of about one hour.
The Summer School will be held in the building called “Ex Ospedale di Santa Chiara”, address: Muralla de l’Hospital (Bastioni Pigafetta), 07041 Alghero (SS).
