Transportation
The Workshop Secretariat is organizing transportation between the airport of Fiumicino and Arpino for the round trip travel at a very convenient price, Sunday 30th June and Friday 5th July.
There will be a bus that will pick you up directly at the airport Leonardo Da Vinci and will lead you to Arpino Sunday 30th June.
In this regard, we invite all Participants to book their trip in order to be at the Fiumicino airport from 15:00 to 16:00 on Sunday 30th June. The bus will leave from Fiumicino Airport at 16:30/17:00. The place of the appointment with all participants will be communicated by email later.
Regarding the return trip on Friday 5 July, the bus will leave from Arpino at 1.30 pm / 2.00 pm (the exact time will be announced later) and will reach Rome Fiumicino Airport in a couple of hours.
Arpino is a small village not well connected to Rome by train so please try to coordinate your arrivals in such a way as to facilitate the organization of the transfers.
The Organization ensures the shuttle service from Fiumicino Airport to Arpino only for the Participants who have communicated to the Secretariat the dates of their arrival and departure in advance.
Here are the instructions for those Participants who intend to reach Arpino by car or by public transport.
By car
On the highway from Rome – Highway A1 (Milano-Napoli), exit Ferentino. Highway Ferentino-Sora, exit Castelliri (15 km). At Isola del Liri, follow the signs for Arpino.
