Transportation
The Joint Workshop Secretariat is organizing transportation between Roma downtown and Arpino for the round trip travel at a very convenient price, Wednesday 19 June and Sunday 23 June.
There will be a bus that will pick you up directly at the center of Roma (the place of the appointment will be announced later) and will lead you to Arpino Wednesday 19 June.
In this regard, we invite all Participants to book their trip in order to be at Roma Termini Station from 16:00 to 17:30 on Wednesday 19 June. The bus will leave at 18:00/18:30. The place of the appointment with all participants will be communicated by email later.
Regarding the return trip on Sunday 23 June, the bus will leave from Arpino at 1.30 pm / 2.00 pm (the exact time will be announced later) and will reach Rome Fiumicino Airport and/or Roma downtown in a couple of hours.
Arpino is a small village not well connected to Rome by train so please try to coordinate your arrivals in such a way as to facilitate the organization of the transfers.
The Organization ensures the shuttle service to Arpino only for the Participants who have communicated to the Secretariat the dates of their arrival and departure in advance.
Here are the instructions for those Participants who intend to reach Arpino by car or by public transport.
By car
On the highway from Rome – Highway A1 (Milano-Napoli), exit Ferentino. Highway Ferentino-Sora, exit Castelliri (15 km). At Isola del Liri, follow the signs for Arpino.
