Program

ICoNSoM 2022 will take place at “Complesso di Santa Chiara” in Alghero, headquarters of the Faculty of Architecture of University of Sassari, an ancient recovered building, former marine hospital and convent of Santa Chiara. The venue is located in the historic center of Alghero and overlooks the bastion named after Pigafetta

Registration
The conference will begin Sunday, June 12th with the Registration session and the Welcome party from 16:30 to 19:00
Participants are invited to go directly to the address: Bastioni Pigafetta, 07041, Alghero.
Conference reception desk will be located in the room Reception desk on the intermediate floor of the Faculty of Architecture “Complesso di Santa Chiara” from Sunday 12 June to Tuesday 16 June.
The Welcome party will be held simultaneously with the registration session in the internal courtyard with the arches on the ground floor of the building.

Schedule of talks
Plenary lectures will be held in the Teatro Civico di Alghero, named “Gavino Ballero” in the historic center of Alghero a few steps away from the conference venue. The Plenary lectures will last one hour, with a 15 minutes break between one and the other.
Parallel sessions will be held at the Faculty of Architectural of Alghero “Complesso di Santa Chiara” in several rooms located on all floors, according to the timing of the program.
Each presentation will have a time slot of 30 minutes divided as follows: 20 minutes of presentation, 5 minutes for questions and discussions and 5 minutes for speaker change.
Posters will be posted according to the schedule in the Poster Room on the Level 0 of the venue “Complesso di Santa Chiara”.

Any changes to the schedule will be reported in the online version of the program and on the daily time table posted outside each lecture rooms.

Gala Banquet
The Gala Banquet will take place at the restaurant Movida, a few walk from the conference venue, on the seafront.The Banquet will begin at 20:15 on Tuesday 14 June. The award ceremony for the Eugenio Beltrami and Tullio Levi Civita prizes will take place as part of the Gala Banquet.

Touristic Tour
The tourist visit will close the conference and will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 16 June.
The departure by bus is scheduled for 13:15 from the center of Alghero; the meeting point for the participants will be communicated by the organizing committee during the conference.
We will visit the Nuraghe Santu Antine, that can be considered one of the most fascinating bronze age constructions of Nuragic Sardinia and The Basilica della Santissima Trinità di Saccargia, a Pisan Romanesque style church located in the territory of the municipality of Codrongianos in the province of Sassari, one of the most important achievements of this style in Sardinia.
